She debuted as girl band DIA in 2015. She participated in Mnet's survival show 'Produce 101' in 2016 and she succeeded to join in the debut group of 11 members, and she debuted as girl band I.O.I along with fellow winners of the show. The band disbanded the next year, and she is returned to her original band, DIA.
She acted in Netflix original series 'My first first love' that was released in July last year.
