[MHN Jung Halim reporter] BTS have recently revealed the music video for their new single 'Life Goes On', whch carries the honest thoughts of someone going through the COVID-19 pandemic, and it has achieved 100 million views in just two days.
Released alongside the album 'BE' back in November 20th, the music video for the single 'Life Goes On' reached 100 million views on November 22nd.
The music video was directed by BTS member Jungkook, and was created through the lens of the daily lives of the members going through the current pandemic.
It shows them watching Seoul Olympic Stadium through a car window, where they had once performed. The scene where they sing and show themselves in the middle of an empty stadium shows the BTS members yearning for their fans.
BTS have also revealed a 'on my pillow' music video version for 'Life Goes On' through their official social media channels on November 22nd.
The 'on my pillow' version of the music video shows the BTS members singing 'Life Goes On' while sitting on top of a bed in a comfortable manner. They are seen wearing pajamas, taking pictures of each other while sitting around the bed, or having a pillow fight.
BTS also stated that they will be creating a different version of a music video with their fandom 'Army'.
They have previously started the '#LifeGoesOn' challenge on TikTok, where they are encouraged to reinterpret 'Life Goes On' in their own ways.
The first in line was Jin, who drew a flip book that had the sun fall and rise. RM showed him writing the tracklist for 'BE' on a leaf.
The videos that participate in the challenge will be used for the Army version of the 'Life Goes On' music video, and will be revealed on December 30th.
