[MHN Jung Halim reporter] Boy group Treasure have sold one million records after just five months since their debut.
Agency YG Entertainment announced on January 20th that Treasure sold over one million records across their three singles and one album.
Their first full length "The First Step: Treasure Effect", released on December 11th, sold 281,845 copies, while their three singles sold 721,000 copies total.
When viewing sales by regions, Korea and Japan both contributed 26% of sales, while South East Asia contributed 20%, 15% for China, 8% for Europe, and 3% for the Americas.
The twelve member boy group Treasure also have the Japanese members Yoshi, Mashiho, Asahi, and Haruto, leading them to be popular in Japan as well.
Their first LP and its lead single "My Treasure" climbed to the top of multiple album and singles charts in Japan.
