[MHN Lee Jisook reporter / translated by Jung Halim] Group ENHYPEN have their season's greeting climb to the top of the Japanese weekly Orion charts, as well as appearing on popular Japanese broadcasts, showing their intense popularity in the country.
According to the Japanese Orion charts for January 21st, ENHYPEN's "ENHYPEN 2021 SEASON'S GREETINGS" album sold 12,758 DVDs in the week between January 11th and 17th. This album also was No. 1 on the daily charts when it came out on January 15th.
ENHYPEN's debut album "BORDER: DAY ONE" also showed incredible success in both Orion and other notable music charts. The album was first on the Orion daily chart on December 4th, the date of its release, and claimed second place on the weekly chart for the week between November 30th and December 6th. It was also No. 1 on the iTunes Top Album chart for Japan, with its lead single "Given-Taken" climbing to the top of the Japanese Line Music Top 100.
ENHYPEN haven't only been showing the success at the charts, but also through their appearances on important Japanese programs. Last 11th, they appeared on the TBS shows "Hayadoki" and "Asachan", both introducing their debut album and lead single, as well as an interview that showed each of the seven member's talents.
The group have also showcased a full version of their performance of "Given-Taken" on "CDTV Live! Live!" for the first time.
ENHYPEN will be having their first fan meeting "2021 ENHYPEN FANMEETING <EN-CONNECT>" on February 6th and 7th, with a livestream of the event to be shown on the second day.
