The revealed teaser shows Sunmi staggering, clenching her head while seemingly suffering from something. Sunmi, who seemed to have awoken in a strange place, then continues by showing a more confident charm in contrast to what came before.
There was also a scene where Sunmi appeared to be dancing while hanging on rope. Throughout the short teaser, she used intense colors, impactful scenes, and flamboyant visuals to raise expectations from fans.
Sumi announced her comeback with a teaser back in February 10th. Soon after, she released tracklists, concept photos, concept videos, and other various content to further the momentum behind her comeback. On February 19th, she revealed a portion of her new single with an album track spoiler video.
"TAIL" is a comeback album that comes 8 months after her last release, being "pporappippam" back last June.
Sunmi has shown her individual musical qualities through singles such as "Gashina", "Heroine", and "Siren". She impressed audiences with her stage performances, different concepts, and her own identity.
Sunmi will be releasing her new album "TAIL" through various music streaming services on February 23rd.
